Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:

  • If you fail to attend the webinar without prior cancellation.
  • If you attended the webinar but were dissatisfied with the content (as results vary for each participant).
  • If you experience technical issues due to your own device, internet, or software incompatibility.
  • If you purchased a non-refundable promotional or discounted ticket.

3. Refund Request Process

  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the webinar, you may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit towards a future webinar at our discretion.
  • If you purchased a bundled offer, partial refunds may apply based on the terms of the offer.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, you may be permanently restricted from attending future webinars. Please reach out to us first for any refund concerns.
